SECOND...it is fairly elementary to remove yourself from the list (as you HAD to sign yourself up for the list)...sign in your yahoo account and click UNSUBSCRIBE next to the group which you wish to unsubecribe from....or even easier send an e-mail to letterbox-usa-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com
VIOLA...you and your spam is all gone once you do this.....
